Yoga for Bone Health

A strength-based, intelligently sequenced workshop

Bone is living tissue. It responds to load, strength, and intelligent movement.

In this workshop, we’ll explore how genetics, nutrition, hormones, and muscle mass influence bone density and how yoga can be practiced strategically to support long-term skeletal health.

You’ll learn and practice key weight-bearing and resistance-based postures shown to stimulate bone growth, improve balance, and build strength in the hips, spine, and wrists, areas most vulnerable to bone loss.

We’ll incorporate resistance bands to enhance muscular engagement and deepen the bone-building effects of the poses, then integrate everything into a slow, strength-focused flow.

This is disciplined, intelligent movement designed to support longevity.

Resistance bands and a take-home pose guide are included.
