From there, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra, a deeply restful form of guided meditation practiced lying down. Often called “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra brings you to a state between wakefulness and dreaming where profound healing, clarity, and nervous system reset can occur.
This practice supports emotional release, inner renewal, and a sense of spaciousness that allows what’s next to gently unfold. No experience is needed — simply come as you are and allow yourself to fully rest, restore, and receive.
