200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training FALL 2026

200 Hour Teacher Training

Aluma Yoga

This 200 Hour Teacher Training is more than a certification. It is an initiation into a deeper relationship with yourself.

Over several months, you will immerse yourself in the discipline, devotion, and depth of this work. You will move through a curriculum developed and distilled over the past decade, rooted in experience and strengthened through the lived evolution of the Aluma Method. Through intentional practice, study, and mentorship, you will refine your voice, expand your perspective, and gain the tools to lead with the clarity, confidence, and discernment that define an Aluma teacher.

Certification is simply the threshold. What unfolds here is lifelong.
